Today was the worst experience I’ve ever been through ! I was helped by someone named ALEX CAMPOS ! The way he treated me today was so unprofessional and rude ! I was having problems with my car and Alex said he will take care of it and check it out without discussing anything with me ! He comes back and said he didn’t find anything in the car and he said he just filled my tires with air and he said the total was almost 100 dollars! When I try to understand why I’m paying this much he didn’t explain and just told me to pay the cashier in a very aggressive way and walked away from me to avoid talking to me and I was forced to pay for something I had no idea for what ! Im in contact with Toyota USA and they should know how Toyota is being represented in a bad way !
I got there at 7:30am and didn’t leave until close to 12:30. 5 hours for a service is insane! I finally had to get up and ask around to see if I can get an estimate as to how much longer and I couldn’t find Alex. I texted him and no response. When I finally saw him he told me he hat he tried calling me but I had zero missed calls, to tell me I had a nail in my tire and it’s gonna be longer. I was so upset to hear this because if I hadn’t gone looking for him I would’ve been waiting even longer. Extremely unprofessional and I well no longer be getting my car serviced here again. It was such a wast of my time
