I went to do a oil change on my suv and just read the statement that they give us, says 15,000 miles synthetic oil maintenance service Rotate tires-19 point inspection-clean cabin filter ( No oil change). That’s the reason I went and they didn’t even tell me anything. Really upset

I never got an update on my car. The issues nor the steps to resolve the problem. My brakes totally FAILED. I cross an interaction on red beeping my heart out and screaming so cars would not go and lucky the car slowed down and no one got harmed. I would of appreciated some type of updates on what was determined happen to the car. All I got was pick up your car check in with the cashier . Advisor didn’t even bother to communicate . This is why is DANIEL JUAREZ is missed at Carson Toyota

I see that my oil filter was not changed. I marked the bolts on my skid plate and they were obviously not removed. Also, the drain plug gasket was itemized on the invoice, but my drain plug has a manual valve to drain the oil from. It doesn’t have to be removed. I put in a call to Juan, the service manager, and he never called me back. This is the second time in a row that the service at this place was deceptive. I am very displeased with the dishonesty and mostly the lack of service quality I expect from Toyota. I will now have to change the synthetic oil and filter myself at my own expense.

Yes, totally satisfied today. However, as a manager myself... Just observing the faces of the service technicians (those who actually work on the cars), it seemed like your workforce is rather dispirited. Are you doing anything to help them with morale? You'll lose people if their is low spirit among your workforce. Just thought I'd mention it. Best regards, Jim

Unfortunately the service I requested didnt get done properly. No inspection report done, no top off fluids done.they put conventional oil instead of synthetic . Good thing i reviewed my paperwork. Called my service advisor to verify what oil they used. She said its conventional. I have get an extra again to bring it back. Have leave early at work just to get it done correctly. Hopefully it will not happened to other customer. It’s frustrating to get an extra trip to get it right.

I’m extremely thankful for Alexander’s knowledge and willingness to help. I have been taking my car in for it’s scheduled maintenance and have informed other service representatives that a warning sign for my engine kept coming on. I have had this ongoing issue for a little bit over a year and I I always received a temporary fix and apparently no record of the times I’ve taken in my car. Alexander heard my concern and reached out to one of his experienced mechanics for additional perspective. They were both able to resolve the issue and I finally have an answer as to what the issue was. Thank you Alex and everyone at Carson Toyota for the quality customer service you provide.
