It took from Thursday, May 12th to Wednesday, May 18th to take pictures and provide an estimate for the insurance company. I was told, by Jimmy on the 25th, that I would receive a call when my car was completed, instead I received a text. When I checked my phone for a possible missed call, I had missed the text by 48 minutes. This left me scrambling to return the rental (arrived right before closing), and to pick up my car (again, right before closing). I wasn’t aware that personal checks weren’t accepted until I attempted to pay. If I didn’t have enough credit on my card, it could have been an issue. My service advisor, Jimmy, was already gone. The questions I had (directed at the senior advisor), were met with, hurried irritation. When I got in my car, the out mileage was off by 2 miles. The 2 miles were not reflected on my invoice. When I asked the cashier about it, she directed me to the senior advisor. When I asked if the out mileage should match (car and invoice), he responded with: “they must have test drove the car and are the 2 miles a problem?” I can’t help but think that I would have had better customer service if it was not right before closing. Should a car be test driven 2 miles for the service I received? I asked Jimmy (earlier in the day) to send me pictures that were sent to the insurance company. He said that he would, but, I never received them. If time would have permitted, I would have liked to have seen, under the car (or pictures), since the cat shield was also installed. I also asked Jimmy about etching my vin number on the catalytic converter, but he said that it wasn’t allowed to be done there. It was suggested, by Jimmy and/or the senior advisor, that I take it to a muffler shop. Would a muffler shop have been a better place to have my car serviced in the first place?

Hello, I went in today thinking I was going to get an oil change seems like it was only a check care tire rotation which is good just wish they would had told me over the phone when I made my appointment. Second when I got to my appointment the lady that help me out was so short on reply’s it was my first time doing my service wish she would had gave me more info like that’s the door to the waiting room simple as that then when my car was ready nobody told me anything if everything was fine or not no communication;(
