Took longer than was told had to wait almost an hour after supposedly my car was already done they just needed to work on the paperwork does it really tAke that long to finish up the paperwork. Also had to wait a long time because no one new where my car keys were.

I arrived at 9:25am for my 9:30 appointment. Sat in my car for 20 minutes before a service adviser saw me. After doing paperwork, I was told it would take about 1.5 hour to finish my car and I would receive a text message when done. At 11:50 I received text that my car was ready. I was at your service center for nearly 2.5 hours for an oil change and service. That's crazy. Way to long. Not happy
