I arrived to the dealership and parked in the service lane and no one acknowledged me for a while, after 15 minutes or so I got off to look for someone, my service adviser noticed me standing outside and said, “sir please go sit in your vehicle and wait, we are short handed right now”. I understand if someone is busy, but his tone of voice came off as rude. I feel like in those 10-20 min that I sat there waiting, someone could’ve passed by my truck and at least say, “give us a few minutes someone will come help you out”
Bryan has great customer service skills. He was one of the best reps I have ever had.

Jimmy is great, Absolutely no complains about him. But the policy of Free Maintenance 2 years OR 24000 miles is not. Not sure if it indicated "whichever comes first." I have 17K miles in my car, but has been more than 2 years because of Pandemic. No courtesy calls received.

It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone at Carson Toyota. One phone number doesn’t work, one rings and rings but nobody answers, and one goes to voicemail but the voice mail was full. The text message was the only way to contact Carson Toyota.
I usually come here and have a positive experience. This time around it was the complete opposite. I was robbed of 180.00 for a "diagnosis" that I told the service rep I did myself. I was expecting the dealership to conduct a proper diagnosis. So almost 200.00 just so a technician could pop the hood, hook up a scan tool for 5 min and then charge me 500.00 more to have a deeper "Diagnosis"? Wow. This is exactly why some dealerships get a bad rep. Robbery.
