Pls. Re-Check all works performed when done. After oil change was done drove home and parked, motor oil started leaking real bad, motor oil drained on my driveway.bad experienced

Cashiers are not friendly , I bought wiper while waiting for my car being serviced , just took my paper and process payment and returned the paper to me without saying any word . Like thank you . Poor customer service .

Bryan Godinez-Cruz provided exceptional customer service when I brought one of my cars in for routine service. He did find one additional service that my vehicle was late getting done. He let me know what that service entailed and how it affected how the car runs. He let me know how long the vehicle would be in for everything that needed to be done as I as going to wait. He is efficient in his job and interacts very well with his customers. He is an asset to Toyota.

Started off good, ended horribly. Service department flooded my engine. I was told I would be contacted by Tuesday. Took off work never received a call. I received a text Wednesday evening saying car is ready. I asked and rep, what time they were open until. Never received a response. Informed rep time I got off and what time I would be there. Still no response. I brought the car in Thursday evening after work. At this time I was told the service dept.was closed.After a small run around with no help. I found two reps that helped me get my vehicle and return the rental. I have received a follow up or check up in regards to my vehicle. I also haven't received my deposit, for the vehicle I had to rent. Due to Toyota damaging my vehicle. Thank you
