I have been there about 7 times in the past month and they still haven't been able to fix my car. They also ordered the wrong part for my car and now I have to go back again. They also gave me a hard time about supplying me with a rental car and expected me to have to pay out of pocket. I've spent thousands of dollars there and don't think I should be given a hard time or made to feel guilty about paying for a rental for me, when it's not my fault they can't figure out how to fix my car! It's a great inconvenience that i've had to go in on my only day off for the past 6 weeks and the problem still isn't solved.one day they even put off on working on my car, to work on other cars, even though I had an appointment and I wasted a day of a rental car, because they said they didn't have time to work on my car that day. I had to pay out of pocket for that rental and wasn't refunded either for the waste of money I spent for no reason. Everytime I have to get a rental car, I have to put down a 300 dollar deposit. This is seriously getting ridiculous! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER RENTAL CAR!
