I didn’t get a car wash. I always get a car wash every time I get my vehicle serviced. And I don’t agree with the water restrictions. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at your facility over 18 years of constant commitment to your business. You can look at the records on file to prove what im saying. Maybe you can pay for a car wash at a other business for me. I believe that’s the least you can do.
Rip off. I brought in my car for service for oil change on my lease car. Surprisingly I was told that my does not cover free oils change because I am at 27k mileages. My 3 year lease is for 36k mileage. I paid 109$ for oil change. To get matter worse, I asked to check my AC because the lease car wasn’t cooling my car properly. I was told that the warranty does not cover the AC problem because it was caused by me. What on earth would I do sometime to my car. Maybe because I am black. Yes I am black with a wonderful job to pay for the repairs. This is a most stupid thing I have ever heard. I have leased a VW Touareg for year and I was never told that my AC was broken. AC isn’t working because of Toyota equipment. You can’t blame me because I am black. Ripoff.

I had asked specifically for windshield wiper fluid because last service they didn't add any and its been out for forever. Toyota team member even made a note saying I needed some. So I got to drive to the grocery store and low an behold still no windshield wiper fluid. Much appreciated..

I really appreciate how quickly they returned my car and how they gave me an accurate estimate as to when I was going to get it. I also loved how they kept me updated through text message. And the staff were very kind and worked well altogether.
No me dieron el carro en el tiempo que lo prometieron y eso que hice cita llegué a las 7 am y me fui después de las 10am eso es bastante tiempo para un servicio ya no regreso ahí voy a buscar otro sitio para el próximo servicio.
