Advisor Adriana performance I needed for my car . When learned she is not working in Carson anymore I was sad . After I found out she is back I was happy because she is good Service Advisor thanks for bringing her back !
I needed to replace one of the headlight bulbs. The service advisor told me to do that they’ll need to lower the bumper and it’ll cost $230 for labor plus the bulb costs $48.
It’s hard to believe the cost ($278) he told me to replace a headlight bulb. I’ve been going to Carson Toyota for more than 10 years and I did change headlight bulb before. It wasn’t this much. I think he just didn’t wanted to help.
