The advisor provided us with a great service, the clerk has excellent customer skills, shuttle driver also excellent customer service skills, Ee, my husband and I don’t have any complain about the service provided, however being on the line to wait for service is a different story, you should have a separate lane for those customers with appointments. I’ve been a client of yours since Dec 2006, and I’ve noticed that you used to have a separate lane for appointments only. Other than that, nice service. Thank you ????

Carson Toyota has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the service department. Jaime Rodriguez went above and beyond and allowed me to rent a car at enterprise, due to an unexpected additional day to the repair. I commend Jaime for treating me so well and helping me throughout the whole way. Thank you, and I will come again.
