I felt like your service advisor wrote off my problem as MY problem. I was a little taken back, so I asked if I should just turn around and leave. He said they’d check my radio since I was there. The service team ended up updating the radio software. In the future I would ask the advisor to listen to the customer before guessing that my phone was the problem. I am still experiencing problems. And have read online that toyota vehicle from the same year as mine have the same issues. I’m surprised the service advisor didn’t know this. Thank you.
This was my first time having Adrianna as my service advisor. I was very pleased with her professionalism in helping me determine what kind of service I definitely needed and could afford at this time. I will request her for my next appointment.

Took car in to check out air bag light. Refuse the repair due to cost and with all this covid on tight budget. Now tell me why after this visit my fuel pump goes out? And I drove this car to San Francisco a week before with no issues. What a coincidence it goes bad after my visit with you all. Guess this last time I’m going there and will share my story with family and friends.

When my vehicle was done from the service, the representative never told me what they found or what was performed on the vehicle. It was my first time there. Where I usually take my vehicle they always let me know how the inspection went, or if they found any recomendations.
