Mr Perez was great. He was helpful, courteous, and professional. I definitely would give him a call for future service needed for my Toyota. I give him two ???? up. 10+ from scale 1to 10. He was awesome.
However; the rest of the experience wasn’t the same. I don’t understand how making an appointment makes a difference. I thought that with an appointment I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I don’t mind waiting but two hours plus is too much time. Especially if I had an appointment. You don’t need to call me to apologize or explain or anything else, I’m just giving you feedback. Furthermore, I purchased the service package Mr Perez offered, so I will be back to service my Toyota again. Just please try to reduce the waiting time. Like I said two hours is way too much time, even when your lounge is as nice as it is. Thank you

The only thing I was not satisfied with was there was no document stating what was done on my vehicle. It was a routine maintenance appointment, but I want to know how much tread is on my tires? How much brake pad I have left on my tires? And to confirm that my tires were inflated to the correct pressure, and that my fluids were in fact checked over. Thank you
Welll you guys did an amazing job on my truck. I also Really appreciated Eric Jesus Enriquez taking care of me. All the questions and concerns I had, he either quickly answered them or called someone to get my questions answered .

Bryan was attentive and listened to me and my needs. I came from corona and he made sure to keep good communication throughout the process to ensure I had ample notice for my driving time.
I've been talking my car to get service here since I've bought it this was the first time they did not do a carwash at the end
