Unfortunately I had a very unsatisfactory experience. My appointment was at 9am and did not leave till 1pm. The employees Adriana and Eddie were very unfriendly and disrespectful to a customer ( myself) I spoke to the supervisor Carlos Urias. It’s unfortunate because my first few experiences were positive that is why I chose Carson Toyota over DCH Toyota. Now I will be looking for a different place when I need maintenance.
Jonathan was very helpful and professional from the check in to the check out. He is very knowledgeable of his job. Very easy to deal with.

I was told during my initial call for an an appointment that the cost of the tpms sensors would be in the neighborhood of $800. Imagine my surprise and displeasure when the cost ended up being almost $1300. This is the reason that I use an independent Toyota repair facility for all repairs, except for when I absolutely have to use a Toyota dealership.
The only thing was my confusion about where to go within the building. It seemed to me the employees of Carson Toyota assumed I knew where to leave my car, where to wait until the car was done, where the cashier was, and especially where to pick up my car. Yes, certain places were labeled once you were in the building, but the entrance to the building was not apparent.
Please don't assume I know my way around like you do.

I’ve had to go there a lot the past three weeks and while normally that wouldn’t be ideal because I live in corona-everyone made the experience easy and pleasant. All of the associates communicate the plan and steps to be expected clearly. Even better-everyone is on the same page. I love Toyota of Carson! I’ll be back! : )
Looks like It wasn’t the best day for him, when you are worried for something else there are a lot of essentials things that you skip for your work sorry to say that but if he takes my feedback for his own good probably he will grow professional way.
