I haven’t get my car to service today. Don’t know what are you talking about. Now I am worry that my info is been used from others. My husband did call to you guys and after he was sent from person to person ended up leaving a voice mail and until this minute no one even care to call back.

I brought the 2 year old van in because the part where the visor connects to the roof of the car came off. That really shouldn't happen because it's only two years old with only about 15,700 miles in it. I am very careful and so is my whole family when he handle the van.I asked to make sure that they don't touch the cloth upholstery on the ceiling and visor with dirty hands. I am very particular about that. So I told Jerry before they worked on my car. He assured me that they will take care of my van. When it came back it had multiple black stain marks on both visors. The piece that came off was still loose. I compared it to the other side and it was still moving from
Side to side. The gray piece that came loose also was damaged after the service was done. It had pry marks, the hard plastic material Ube white spots (this usually happens when you bend hard plastic material). I asked for it to be replaced and they said they have to get approval from the manager. The van is in a worse shape than before I brought it in. My van was damaged while it was being fixed. I brought it there to be fixed. It's a waste of my time. Now I have to go back there to show them that they did poor detailing on the blacks stains because I can still see them.

Alex I can't say enough as to how much you helped me in this whole stressful ordeal.
