Everything was fast and quick great customer service
I noticed that every car picked up was nice and washed except mine. And i actually asked Jimmy if toyota were still washing cars as complentary and he said no. It's just a good gesture from the Corp to have nice advisers going the extra mile for the client..that was a huge minus on his representation not to offer a car wash .it's always a next time but I felt out of place being left out big time.
My experience today with Adriana was pleasant. I told her what the problem of my car and she have it checked and didn’t take long to figure what the problem was. She notify me right away and I was out of there in no time. It’s hard to find an advisor that you can trust and feel confident that they know what’s wrong and not just guessing. I feel at ease with her telling me what’s wrong and what needs to be done. She left before and I hope that she never leave again ????
Ms. Adriana was very polite and understanding with the assurance of coming back if not satisfied with the work done.

Best service I’ve experienced at a Toyota service center, this one is further from home but I was tired of my local ones and I had to try somewhere different. So glad I did because I will be taking the drive to get serviced by him again. Explained exactly what was needed and what was not. I felt he was being honest and completely respected me as a customer. First time I have not felt ripped off. Thank you Carson Toyota and Gerardo, we plan to be back as we have another tortita vehicle that will soon need service

The only thing I did not get any paper work when I picked up my vehicle on what was done. I was told that the order was closed. Is there any way I can get any paperwork as to what was done to my vehicle.

Battery was out of warranty even though label on battery clearly stated 84 months. They said I would get a text message saying my car is ready and I never received a message saying it was ready and the lady at the desk didn’t seem to care much and I never heard my name saying my car was ready. she was only calling names one time, not multiple times to make sure people heard their name. Maybe there should be a speaker system just in case you can’t hear your name being called.
