I am fully satisfied with my service advisor Adriana. She is knowledgeable and I feel I can trust her with my car. She will let you know right away what is wrong with your car and go from there. She never lets you wait too long not unless it’s necessary. I’m very satisfied with the service I’m getting from her????

I honestly don’t see a point to having a service advisor. They don’t advise or go over any work done before paying for the service. I sometimes don’t know what I’m paying for.
Having a station for Checking in for service and checking out would suffice.
But then again I have transitioned over from being serviced at Honda when I owned a Honda, and they have great customer service from their advisors. So I guess I’m spoiled? Anyway, service from your advisors, makes me miss Honda service and from maintenance service alone, I am considering going back to Honda.
