My only complaint is that the car was not washed. I understand that that is the rule it seems but I miss when it was washed for you. Everything else was great.

Thank you. Jay was helpful and communicated via texts on progress and recommendations made during inspection. We went with all recommendations which included a set of new tires for our 4Runner and brake work. Check in took a while, but it was after a holiday so not a major issue.
Alexander Campos was very helpful regarding the false comments that was made on the last service I had on my car.
It was stated I DECLINED TIRES SERVICE!!!! which was false.

I had a confirmed appointment 25Nov at 8am, arrived 12 minutes earlier, I spent 40 minutes inside the car waiting for the advisor. No apologies at all for the long wait. Really disappointed.

My car is currently missing parts and I was told the job was completed I have screws exposed and finishing parts not put back on. Now I have to return to Carson Toyota and waist my time I’m supposed to be at work.
My service advisor ZEKE has been phenomenal in ways I can’t express in words! Exceptional knowledge of the symptoms as I drove up.. I will definitely pass the word on to my friends and family members! And the kind gentleman that wash my vehicle PLUS vacuumed my car- THANK YOU!! from the bottom of my heart!
