Service was well , talking with my advisor went well and communication was done well. I was very happy with my service until I received my vehicle. My passenger seat was leaned back all the way back to the back seat and was very disappointed. I did not leave my passenger seat that way when dropping it off and they could’ve had the courtesy to put it back the way I dropped it off!

a 1:30 hour and thirty minute job took too long, my appointment was at 2 and I left there at past 5:30, and it was tire rotation, brakes and brush change, there were problems in the brush change, but I was notified until they finished, only my work was affected

My maintenance light was never reset back to normal, the person that brought my truck told me to wait out front and he was going to get my service advisor to come out and reset it but he never came out. I finally went on line to see how to do it myself. Once I reset the light myself on my truck I drove in to let the guy know that I had already done it myself. He was shocked to see me and said he would get to it asap, I just told him thank you and I drove away. I think I won’t be coming back to Carson Toyota anymore. 3 strikes with Carson Toyota ????????????????????????
