Jonathan was kind, professional and helpful. I had to bring my car back the following day because a cap was loose and causing loud noises, and he got it taken care of it right away and I was on my way after a nice free car wash. Very appreciative of him.
I've noticed on several services that when my car is brought to me after "service" it hot like it's been sitting awhile parked..I actually seen my car being parked when it was brought to me that's a big concern how long had it been just sitting
I told them to disable the lane departure alert because I don’t know how to do it and I don’t have time to read the manual, they didn’t do it.

I had a car alarm but on my car non one told me how it works 2. I paid for the maintenance package and had my last one done had to come back the next day to get my tag put in the windshield This was a bad service I just had spending money and not being happy about the service if I could do it again it would not happen

I have been an owner of a Toyota since 2008 and each and everytime I have taken my car in for servicing Each and every service manager have provided great service. Toyota has kept my vehicle in good shape only had to replace my radiator during 2019 so I am very happy. It it my hopes that Toyota will keep me running safe in my new 2020 Toyota Corolla for another 11 years or more. Thank you for the great service over the years :)
