I appreciate the professionalism received from the moment I arrived starting with the greater, then to Liliana who went above and beyond answering my questions even though I could see that it was extremely busy on this Monday morning. And I received my car back in 45 minutes instead if the 1 1/2 hour wait that I was expecting! I would highly recommend Toyota Carson to anyone because of your service department and advisor Liliana.
Everything was good but I have never been to a dealership where they do not wash your car down.

My only question was receiving a text message at 12:25 pm that my car was ready, to see the Cashier for pickup. I had been waiting in your building while the service was being done.
The Cashier did not have the completed paper work till 1:50 pm, over an additional hour of waiting before I could get back to work.
I am sure there must have been things done to close up and document the completed work, constructive criticism would be the wait was a bit long.
