Your service department is and always has been top notch!
I came in due to a few concerns on my vehicle and I received an email that my car is due for 6mos/5000 miles service. I stated my concerns that my tire pressure would stay low 30-32 on rear wheel tires and that it accelerated a couple of time when I stepped on the brakes to stop. I also stated to Eric/service advisor that the vehicle has only 2118 miles only and asked if car needs the 6mos/5000 miles service? I was disappointed on his demeanor, which lacks of professionalism and friendliness. Need to improve on customer relations/service manners.

I felt like she is really on top of what she doing , answer my questions, She follow through after the car is done . I hope next time would be the same and when i see women working at car repair my first impression is she will understand my problem with the car , she can relate .It was a nice visit considering that maintenance and check up is affordable.
I was completely satisfied with Jonathan a advisor my issue was I got a written sticker for my next Oil Change which is unacceptable should have been pre printed out or somebody should have told me your computer was down and then the next day I couldn't come and get my wheel alignment because my car battery died now if you guys did a oil change on me you should have been checking that out so I was not satisfied and I had to call AAA for them to give me a new battery because the guy told me that my battery juices were low and you guys didn't check that so I'm completely not satisfied at all but Jonathan was great did a good job Jonathan

I brought my truck in due to a recall notice that I received in the mail. When I went to the dealership an appointment was given to me to return on a Saturday. I requested the day off to bring the truck in and also received a reminder call the day before. To my surprise when I came to my appointment I was informed that one of the parts was not received. So that day was a waste of my time which if I was told that the part was not there I could have gone to work.
Bryan went above and beyond to provide the absolute best service ! So far, best service I've ever received from Carson. Thank you Bryan for everything !
