The first thing I asked for was a maintenance check and to check my brakes. So I was surprised to get my car back with nothing but a bill for a diagnostic brake and nothing else. Also the quote for brakes and rollers being approximately 510.00..... when I got a quote for 200 to go see a regular mechanic. It’s pathetic to take my car into a dealership And having to pay almost 2.5 times the price?!? Never again. Won’t be bringing my car in for any reason, nor will I EVER bother with Toyota again. Rip off with a smile smh.

She forgot to tell me if my car factory alarm can be programmed to auto lock within 45 seconds after exiting the vehicle will all doors closed. She told me she ask the car alarm service person.

I never go do any service anywhere else since I got my car 2016.Eric is not the first time helps me to do service,he is such an awesome and respectful guy.i really like this guy.he knows what’s he is doing.i gave him five stars for sure
