Damaged the left bottom hinge of my glove department. Over all service was otherwise exceptional. Very friendly receptionist when scheduling my appointment and initial impressions were great. Very clean and organized environment.

My car mileage was + 21 miles, gas warning light was on, I know that when I brought my car for service that it was at least 1/8 full. Test drive shoult be by max 3 miles but not more than that. This is the second time it happened to me but I didn’t report it the first time.
I hope your leadership will address this issue immediately for obvious reasons. You would not want your customers leaving because of trust issues most especially been going there for 20 years for all my familys cars. Jimmy is nice thou.

My sequioa stayed overnight he called to let me know it was ready close to closing.they could have washed it the next day.
