I'm sorry to be honest, take long time to give a regular service like change oil and tire rotation with appt take 31/2 hours, the attention is perfect,the place clean and nice. Thanks.

My tires were vandalized I was glad that someone from Toyota Carson answered phone 1 minute before closing , usually no one would answer phone a minute before closing but Christopher from sales did and he said that they do have a drop box , I left my car safe in their parking . Erik took care of my car very early the next day . Thank you ???? for a great service
The only complaint that I have is that I should have been told that your hours was changed due to covit19. When technician called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready he didn't tell me that you closed early at 5:00. I can up there after 5:00. So I had to wait until the next day to pick up my car
