I think today is the last time I’ll be coming here. This place seems to be going down hill. You bring your car in one way and they bring it to you another way. My car had water on the front and back windows. It’s okay that they had to check it but don’t leave it that way when I didn’t bring it to you that way. Then I asked the guy about it - he gets an attitude. But does go to get the Shamie to wipe the back and front windows but I mean why treat a paying customer like that!? I don’t have to spend money here I can go somewhere else. You don’t even wash customer’s cars here anymore - so the least they can do is when they see someone’s car is clean don’t bring it back to them with the windows not clean if I didn’t give it to you that way. The customer service was not the best from the advisor either. When she approached me after I waited about 15 mins when I had an appointment- she’s didn’t even say hello and introduce herself. Then the guy who gave me my keys - if you’re going to have an attitude don’t let the customer see it. It’s sad. I’ve been buying cars here for years and referring people here. Bryan made the visit seamless, let me know the vehicle was ready in a timely fashion and had the car washed upon my arrival. The service was greatly appreciated
Service mechanics should recommend remedies or actions if ever they found out faulty or needed to be replaced parts

I was promised that my car will be ready no later than 4pm when I dropped it off at 9:30am, I came over at 4:15pm and it wasn't ready, and had to wait up to 5:40pm to get off the dealeeship, I almost got late on my job.

I texted my service advisor to do a complimentary wash and when I got there to pick it up, it was not washed. I was also not happy with not having the complimentary shuttle. I had to pay $20 to be ubered home.
