Ronald was great. The lady that I met first and gave me my number was friendly. The cashier was nice and had a smile you guys awesome. Even the gentleman who took my car to be serviced sanitized my car and he was nice and well. I give 10/10 for all involved this visit. In my previous visits was it like that. Thanks

I normally deal with Jonatha, which he is great. This time i got to deal with Jim not a very good experience. I spend almost $500 in repairs. First i asked him if there was any coupons available or if there was a chance I can get some kind of discount. He said yes i will give you a discount once you pick up car. When car was ready he didn't call me like I asked him to . A text was all i got and when i tried to talk to him about discount he just pointed me to go to cashier without talking me. And no discount. I would have appreciate a thank you sorry no discount was available.

Getting there was a little overwhelming with all the cars showing up in the morning but the team handled everyone checking in. Liliana was nice and made sure I was getting service requested and required. Only thing is my number was not verified which just made me getting my car a few hours later than expected because they my old number. Overall, everything went smoothly!

I was offered a service at 104,500 miles that was recommended at 100k and do not understand why it was not suggested on my last visit. The bathroom did not look clean.
