It’s says on my coupon $39.95 but you guys charge me $56.11 I saw the receipt was not right if you guys have a coupon or a deal please follow what ever was there I’m not being cheap but because of the promo that’s why I went and I called you guys over the phone to ask for appointment but the representative said it like COME IN and GO but it took me 2hours just fo a oil change the service was bad

Adriana was super friendly and professional there should be more female employee s like her. Best customer service ever! Most definitely tell all my friends and relatives cause this was the most amazing experience at a Toyota car dealership her people skills and caring attitude is one to admired. She is tiny but mighty her attitude was super great when I approach to her and told her wait a minute my car doesn't have a mark on window she did what she had to so professionaly and I was surprised to hear her voice tone firm and professional when I did pointed at the window and try to argue with her that is only a spark mark not a whole, she stood firm and simply did her job saying we don't touch simply Mark down what we notice. I was in shock when I realized Even do I had gotten upsead, she didn't took no crap! She stood calmly never hesitated I didn't manage to intimidate her not one quick second. I can only see her strong character will take her to a much higher management possition as she has character to deal with people's attitude s like mine on the split second I was upsead.Yet she control the cituation, Well done Adriana you tough me a lesson. When it comes to previous customer service I deal with Men that forget they are on the clock ...and don't act professional and may even not acknowledge me as a good customer as they are way too busy prettending they are busy doing so much when in reality I seen them checking out their cell phones and talking to next door coworker Adriana knows how to keep it real a job is a job. She doesn't play around,nor does she waste company to time on her cell phone she is one smart female employee that knows how to do customer service 100% Great

It was a good experience and everyone was friendly and professional and was Pleasant and Got my car in a timely manner.

My only “complaint” if you will, is that it would have been nice if they would have confirmed what services I wanted done at the time before just doing an oil change. I had dropped my vehicle off before anyone was present at the dealer that morning so I had no way of knowing they were going to do that before getting a call it was ready to be picked up. I wasn’t aware that my truck was due for an oil change at that time and was a little shocked when it came time to pay. I had thought I was bringing it in for an intermediate service of just check fluids and do a rotation. But thankfully it was due for an oil change anyhow and they made sure the vehicle was serviced on time and serviced right.
