Ronald knows what he is doing. He offered and suggested to me the Toyota care plus and was able to convince me to buy it. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I called for an appointment same day Aug 27 for my maintenance service oil change and tire rotation. I was set for 12:30 pm appointment. I arrived at the service area. Informed the attendant that I have an appt. so they put the tag on the roof with a note Appt. Service adviser came to me and took me in his office. Checked in his computer my account. He said I’m due for tire replacement. For which. He said all of them. We checked for price and performance. Agreed on Hancook. Service job was completed to change oil and replace 4 tires. I asked him if it can be done today. He said firmly, yes it will be done by 5:00 pm. I asked him if he can help me to call for an UBER. He said we don’t do that. I asked him if the cashier desk can help me. He said we don’t do that. So I just waited in the lobby and trying to get a ride home. Since I don’t know how to call Uber or to get ride. So I decided to wait in the lobby. Waited in the lobby until 10 min before 5pm. Before 5 pm he sent me a message that my car won’t be finished till next day. He said he’s going to give me a loan car since it won’t be done today. Why didn’t he give me the loan car after preparing the service job slip. Since as I recall that when the service is more than certain amount ($350.00 before) the customer is entitled for a loan car? I waited 3.5 hrs and for nothing, coz I can’t get a ride. He gave me the loan car at the end of the day when stores are closing. I was planning on going to Best Buy, Costco to check in the laptops, I could have done it it if he gave me the loan car earlier. I was promised that my car will be done by 5:00 pm. It was not completed as promised. I’m just expressing my experience that wasn’t really pleasant. I paid for the service that day $751.00 for the tires plus oil change at least $50.00. So total is $800.00.
