service advisors are always in a rush, they don’t take the time to explain what is going to be done to your vehicle or what was done after. I understand they’re probably too busy, but if that’s the case management should step in & do something about it. I’ve owned Toyota’s my whole life, mostly been going to Crown Toyota & Montclair Toyota. The experience is totally different. Honestly Carson Toyota Needs help & training in Customer service. Lack of friendliness.
