My dash still says I need an oil change and even with an appointment I waited almost 3hours.I was told my vehicle would be ready by 11am n I didn’t get my car until close to 12pm.
Jim was a huge help. He saved me from spending hundreds on repairs and was very good at communicating throughout the entire process. More than satisfied with this service. Thank you so much !

Honestly it took too long. My car was towed the night before due to a dead battery and stayed overnight. My car wasn’t ready until almost 3PM the next day. On top of that the bill came out to $800! Because they told me I had to change the air filters for my hybrid vehicle because there were clogged with dog hair. They charged me $350 for labor when the parts were less than $100. I feel I was ripped off. My warranty did not cover any of this.

Bryan took every possible means to make the repair to my RAV4EV as painless and transparent as possible. From start to finish he kept me informed of the status and progress of my replacement drive unit. I have 100% trust and confidence in Bryan and the EV Mechanic Leo. It was a nice touch to see that my “baby” was freshly washed when I picked it up.
