I WAITED 3 HRS FOR THE SIMPLE CHANGE OIL TO BE DONE. I WAS EXPECTING A FASTER SERVICE SINCE I SET UP APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF TIME. THE COSTUMER SERVICE CANT EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH ESTIMATE TIME FRAME...HAD I KNOWN THAT IT WOULD TAKE THAT LONG I SHOULD HAVE OPTED TO JUST PICK UP THE CAR LATER ...BUT THE SERVICE COORDINATOR ASKED ME IF I WILL WAIT OR BE BACK AT A LATER TIME...I WAS EXPECTING MAXIMUM OF 2 HRS ONLY..IF I HAD NOT WENT TO TJE CASHIER 3X THEY WILL NOT EXPEDITE

Brought car in at seven in the morning.
Got out at 8:40am.for oil change. First in line. For oil change that is a long wait
I was not satisfied with the overall experience to take my car there. I waited two and a half hours for just a change of oil and I don’t even think they did it because I don’t run my car more than three thousand miles! I was there at eight- thirty and saw people that came after me and leave right away. I was the last to leave. Then your service advisor told me that one of my tires had a mal function I ask if they were able to fix it since I live far and had to use the freeway to go home, she said they didn’t do that, so me being a 72 yr senior had to take my chances to get home!
Ronald was great! Super quick with communication and immediately let me know what was wrong with my car. He gave me options on what I could and should do and helped prioritized which maintenance items were of most importance.
