I had to go back to the dealership twice because Jonathan insisted that I didn’t need to have an oil change but it has been a year since the oil was changed. Customer Service and a service manager had to be involved.

The service advisor bryan did not give me a good explanation of my car wiper problem. He seemed like acting an owner of the shop when he talk to me. He's not approachable service advisor for me. I took long hours to wait for my car to finish for "Oil Change" job only til he contacted me. Thanks to Carson Toyota still.

Had 2 cars serviced. Spent over $500. Insurance paid $3000. Cars were fixed but expected at least a car wash for the amount spent. Then I received a text at 7am on Sunday for a survey. Not cool. Left a poor lasting impression.

The service manager made me feel as if the condition of my car was a result of my negligence. The cause of the voltage abnormality was a sensor issue. Other than that, the service was great.

He’s very nice and helpful. He kept me updated with the status of my vehicle And he said the technician didn’t find anything wrong with engine. I’m still concern about the metal popping noise after I turn off the car. My car wasn't doing this the first 10months. It started making this noise just this past couple of months. I thought it’s normal but I became concern when it’s loud sometimes. I would like to make sure nothing serious. Please let me know if there’s anything else you can do. Thank you
