I normally don’t leave surveys but this time I am because I specifically told the person helping me what my concerns were and it took around 4 hours to get my vehicle and they didn’t even fix what one of my concerns was.

I got a oil change it was very fast they gave me a window frame and they completed my car before the window time I was very excited they were very helpful why ask about other cars I enjoyed getting my service done at the Toyota dealership it was excellent

I mentioned to Jim that I was concerned about my tires because the light kept coming on even after I pumped air in them. He said he would check them out, next thing I knew I got a text that my car was ready . When I picked up my car the light was STILL on .. i dont feel comfortable traveling long distances with the tire pressue light on. Im not sure if he even got them checked,or they are fine?
