The gentleman was very helpful and cordial. I asked for my car to be washed and was told it would take 15 minutes longer than the service which was fine, I waited. Except that when I was told my car was finished, my car was not washed.
Adriana did a great job with greeting me and showed great customer service. As soon as I got a text message saying my car was ready, she came outside to where I was waiting and personally told me the results of my car. She also gave me a reminder to return for service on the date that is on the sticker and not wait for the next suggested milage since I am not driving as much due to the Covid stay at home orders. Thank you Adriana for your service. I could easily go to my local Toyota dealer for service, but I love the way Carson Toyota is friendly, welcoming and attentive to their customers.

Missing valve cap not replaced. Seat and mirrors changed. Don't know why the service people have to change the seat distance, height, and angle.
Time of making appointment to pick up the car after maintenance serviced 2.5 hours. That was quick service!!!!

Service was slow. 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change seems like a long time. I understand that you are busy. You should have told me to come on by at 4pm instead of 3pm. I arrived at 3pm and my car sat in the back lot until after 4pm when someone finally moved it. I was warned that it could take up to 2 hours when I arrived on time at 3pm. Lesson learned.
Steve was courteous and professional and did not sell me or try to sell me anything I did not need.
Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful with the items that needed to be addressed in my car. I made an appointment with him this coming Tuesday to go through the items that I can afford to have repaired once again is very helpful very friendly and I trust him completely.
