Steve did a great job servicing my car,but the waiting is chaotic.that the cashier wasn’t even call me that my car is ready until I went to her and told her that I been waiting for long time I went 7:30 and I approach the cashier at 10:30 and she just barely print the paperwork’s that’s it’s done .she’s not even saying sorry in short she’s not doing anything to make the unhappy Cistomer satisfied .I was really frustrated that you work overnight and you go starlight for this Sevice and you waited extra time that I should be rested..don’t forget ,the service is not free from this dealership because We paid for it.we don’t get it for free.and then I walk outside I saw this lady that help In the service floor snd I ask my concern about the cashier .and she give me an attitude.what kind of employee you are hiring .people come here for business and we don’t get the service for free.we paid for it.you guys make sure someone will come up to fix the situation..evry customers time is always important..and make sure the customer services is always on top of priority.

Adriana and the rest of the team did a wonderful job. I'm so glad to see you guys have improved so much. I have not been to your dealership since 2011 because of a bad experience with your sales team. I have bought 2 additional corrolas, 2 2017 models which I went and got from Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. I only went back today to you to take of an air bag recall. But after seeing what you guys are doing custoner service wise I'm currently considering going back to you guys for my next vehicle purchase.

My customer experience at Carson Toyota has always been stellar, and today was no different. I live in Los Angeles in the 90008 ZIP Code. Culver City Toyota is much closer to my home location but my experience when trying to purchase my Prius C was extremely bad at Culver City Toyota and not much better at Santa Monica Toyota. I ended up purchasing my Prius from Carson Toyota and so, based upon that wonderful sales experience, I decided to go a little bit further to get excellent service. The phrase “Dance with the one that brung ‘ya” comes to mind. Thanks for the excellent service!
