After repairs were finished, I paid online and setup a pick up time after hours as I work til 5pm myself. After driving 45mins to Carson dealership,the keys were never put aside for me to pickup. I talked to multiple sales people who were very friendly and helpful, but we're unable to help. It forced me to drive 45mins back home without my car and arrange to arrive to work late the following day so I could drive another 45mins to pick my car up. I also asked the service writer multiple times through out the repair. When the new tires were installed the spare tire on the driver's side front of the car was to go back in the truck and the original wheel in the trunk was to go on the car with a new tire . This was never done or even written in the paperwork .. very very disappointed in the service writer and his communication skills.. the techs who preformed the service did a great job and I still feel the dealership is a great place, although I'm rather upset with the mistakes the service writer made .
