I had asked to have my tires rotated. When my vehicle was finished I asked if it was performed and I was told that it was. But upon seeing the invoice it had stated there that my tires have not been rotated due to no lug nut key. I had not been informed of the matter nor was I consulted if there were any options to perform the job.

Totalmente espantoso el servicio mentirosos pierden tiempo quieren vender lo que ellos quieren no lo que el cliente busca manejo una royota tundra y para mi familia una hilander toyota por el pesimo servicio busque honda y he tenido servicio maravilloso compre una crv y el mes sigiente cambio la hilander por una pilot.
