Please enforce customer to wear their mask probably, i was in the lobby with one man not wearing it and others half way or removing to talk.

The wait to check in was longer than I expected. I had an appointment for 10am, but many cars without appointments were helped first. It took 30 min before I was checked in. Why make an appointment if you do not get priority?
