The wait was long my appointment was at 9:30 and my car was taken until 10:20 they told me I was going to wait two hours for just a tire change that’s was all and after I was waiting for over two hours no information on my car so I went to the cashier to check the status and I ask why nobody told me anything yet on my car the reason was because the advisor was in lunch when my car was ready someone’s else could’ve said something so I wouldn’t have to wait more time I have to work too thats why I made the appointment at 9:30

In just 12 days of having my 2021 Toyota Camry SE I had trouble starting it twice. I made an appointment and the service department informed me it would take 3 to 4 hours to look at. I was given a shuttle ride home and told I could not get a ride back . I let Ronald Steve Gonzales know this was my only car and I needed it for work the next day. I get a text message 8 minutes before closing time saying my car is ready and they close at 5pm!. I needed time to catch a Lyft back! So I asked Sam in sales to please grab my keys before they close and that's how I got my car. Mr. Gonzales called me and said they had 20 cars including mine and they found the problem. My battery was low and they "recharged it" I know things happen but this is unacceptable I thought i would have received a new battery. New car, new battery! I have plans to drive and I do not want to worry about my car having trouble starting again. The whole reason for purchasing a new vehicle is to not deal with car trouble! It was too late to tell Mr. Gonzales this because he was closing already.
Toyota staff were attentive to all customers who needs help.

When I picked up the vehicle it smelled cigarette smoke.
Much better service than toyota cerritos. I bought my 2017 camry there and have been taking the car for service last 4 years. Resson: the wanted $92 for an oil change. With coupons Carson Toyota was just over half. Big difference. They always pressure me to do additional work. You did not. You described recommendations but no pressure. You did not lie and tell me it was time for new brakes. I'm coming back to Carson Toyota from now on and my next car will be through Carson. Well done!
