Went well, but again they left off a valve cap on one of the tires. Nice that they didn't change the driver's seat settings.
The average time we wait with appointment is too long. I don't wish to be contacted.
Not the first time my car is returned with mechanic grease and car dirty on the foot panels , the car was not even washed after I was asked !! Other than Jimmy not the same service at Carson.

I had my appointment time at 9:30. I got there about it 10 minutes prior. It took the service advisor about 40-45 minutes to finally take my car. There was no cars when I got there. When I finally went to the service advisor office. The service department was full. Why make an appointment and I have to wait? Maybe if I didn’t make an appointment I would’ve been out of there sooner. This is the second time I go for the same issue. I have several video recordings of the problem. They finally got approval to change a part. But if they would have ordered the part by 4 pm. The dealer would’ve gotten the part the next day. But since the called me after the 4pm deadline. Now I have to wait till next Wednesday to get it fix. More lost time.
