Jonathan Perez is amazing as I have said before and this last service experience surpassed all previous ones. These days, as a consumer I constantly lament "Care for the customer or more pointedly said lack of care for the customer seems to be at the forfront of most businesses. Plainly "Customer Service is DEAD these days with most encounters however Jonathan Perez let's you know that Toyota is the exception to this horrible trend. Thank you.

I took my car in at 7:30 am and was told that it would be done at 3:30. Then I was told close to 4 pm that they needed it another day. I had already arrived by 3 to pick up my car and my ride had left. I had to wait for a ride to the Enterprise rental place. Then I had to stand around to get the rental. I was told that Toyota would pay but then told that I was responsible for the gas. That doesn’t feel free. Then when I went to get my car I was told it was done at noon. I went at 2:30, there was some issue getting my paperwork so I had to wait and then wait again for them to get my car. I love my car and until this visit I would say I had really good service here. It was disappointing to have this experience.
