Jonathan was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and issues with my AR resolves. I was very impressed with Carson Toyota's customer service from the moment I pulled into the lot. I plan to ask for Jonathan anytime I bring in my car for service. He is awesome!

Overall at point with time frame whn he stated my truck was going to b ready! Unfortunately dealer doesn’t provide car washes no more n due to covid there’s no refreshments like before! But satisfied with service! Thank you
