They could have at least washed my car. I remember getting serviced many years ago and they would wash it.

Not happy at all with the service provided. The representative said was waisting his time as his time was valuable he said. I have been a client for years and if that representative time is too valuable as he said then that is not the only dealer I can go to but was the worst service ever provided. I could have purchased a vehicle but with the rude service no need to invest in that dealer. Definitely do not recommend that dealer especially that representative at all. That representative judged me by my appearance not knowing I have purchased more than one vehicle there and all paid off. But now I say Carson Toyota is not worth my time now using the words of that representative who because of what he said lost a customer.
Courteous. Helpful. Customer oriented. Accommodating.
Wait time is always an issue even with appointments. If its going to take 3 hours so be it but let client know. Don't say it will take 1 hour when it doesn't.
