Adriana always sent us text message updates. That was very helpful for us as we wait for the car service to be done. She was very helpful and honest in the service advisor’s office as she processed our paperwork and she gave the payment price right away. We knew we were in the right hands as we wait in the customer waiting lobby and the service took only two hours, shorter than what she estimated. I would highly recommend Adriana. Good Toyota emplyee.

As a costumer, it always feels good when your service advisor, listens to your concerns, answering your questions cordially and looks at you when doing it, not like some others that are quick to dismiss you and even talk to you in a condescending manner. Mr. González is a valuable team member of the Toyota service department.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. I have been taking my car here for 5years! And never have I received this kind of treatment. So disappointed. Maybe not calling 15 min before closing that my car would be ready and not informing me that you guys would close in exactly 15 min & expect me to be with out a car the entire weekend
