My first service appointment. I was told it would be 60 minutes when I scheduled the appointment. When I checked in, the paperwork said 75 minutes. The actual service took 120 minutes. That required me to move and cancel work appointments. That is not what I’ve experienced elsewhere and I would expect better.

It took over 25 minutes for me to get checked in; the most I’ve ever waited at Carson Toyota is 5 or 10 minutes. That was the start of my visit. Then I was told that my vehicle would be ready between 8:45 and 9:15. At 9:10, I texted my service advisor via the text feature that was sent to me, to ask for an update and he never replied. At 9:20, I went to the cashier to get an update. She said my car was ready. The time on my completion paperwork was 8:57am. I did not get my text update saying that my car was ready until 10:22, an hour after I had picked up my car and was already home. My service advisor Steve never reached out to me personally, other than when he talked to me at check-in. This is the first time in 8 years of coming to Carson Toyota that I have had such a horrible customer service experience.

Zelke was great and the young ladies at the cashier station were so nice as well. One of them even helped me with the WiFi. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST WAS SO RUDE AND HAD THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE.
