My service was completed. My car was parked on the lot under a tree where birds pooped over the surface. My passenger was left in a total reclined position. My windows were open.. left oMy seat warmers were left on high. All this means staff was lounging in my car. My radio settings were changed. This is the second occurrence for my cat while in your. My appt custody.my appt was for 7:00 am and anothetservice rep, Juan, was sent to greet me at 7:30.A white Male customer was behind me but was taken ahead of me which indicates a preference. Go figure. ???

Jimmy provided excellent service. In his job function but as far as the employees you speak with and deal with to retrieve your vehicle they are very rude and do not seem to know what they are doing. I watched five people who came after me and retrieved their vehicles when I was their first and had given my vehicle retrieval slip before they had given theirs.
