Horrible service and experience. I had to wait over 2 hours to have my car serviced when I had made a prior appointment time. Service advisor, Adriana ****, is a horrible representative of your dealership. Based on this awful experience I will no longer be using Carson Toyota. From now on I will be using Hamer Toyota for car devices and future purchases

Everything was perfect except for the timing. I was told it's be an hour to an hour and a half, I ended up waiting bout two hours and a half. Which is completely fine, i understand situations happen but i guess I'd say try to be a little bit more accurate. Other than that, everything was grand.
