I needed my tire replaced and was told by representative that the tire would be at Toyota between 3:30pm- 4pm. I was at Toyota at 3:45pm. I was told tire was not there yet but I figured I was early. When tire arrived around 4:15pm, the rep said it would take 30-40 minutes for tire to be replaced. I waited from 4:15 to about 5:15pm and no one was telling me anything. Until I notice the cashier was closed and wasn’t sure how I was going to pay. When I asked cashier she rapidly called someone over the phone and that’s when I noticed some activity. I saw my car be driven to the repair shop and then that’s when the representative approached me to tell me my car would be ready soon. I felt I was forgetting about and I ended up waiting more than an hour, without knowing the status on my car or hearing any updates. I was upset because I felt my rep forgot about my car, did not update me and I was told my vehicle would be ready sooner than it really was.

Jonathan is the best! Efficient, considerate and he provided a comprehensive expectation for me. Recommended a shuttle service and gave me more information on service and return shuttle hours. and shuttle

She promised me to have a complimentary car wash,but it never happened.

Jimmy is a great advisor. The time limit was not long. A definite plus. The young ladies at the check in desk must have had a bad day. They had a bad attitude. I was surprised, never happened before.

The experience it was horrible i got there at 12:20 and i ask the person who was helping me how long is it going to take and he told me it will take 2 hours to get your service done or less ! I was waiting outside with my kids 4 hour and before he went to lunch he told me that it was almost ready that it will be ready in 10 or 15 minutes !! But for my surprise it took another hour then my husband went and ask them what was going on with our car and they told him that they where going to check and for our surprise they told us that it was too much work for just two hours that they have told us to wait and they took the car to us and told us to make another appointment so they could be able to finish the job ! ????
