I am satisfied with Adriana attendance on my car the only problem was the communication with the technicians they put the wrong tire on my car with the one I order instead and broke my air pressure censor they did put a new one and didn’t mention anything to Adriana until she ask why my car was not ready yet my appointment was at 9:00 am I left until 12:30 these is my second experience again with the long wait and communication with the staff thanks to Adriana she help me Until the end

I don’t like being contacted by sales reps...I did not like the fact that I couldn’t use a coupon mailed to me by your dealership... Your cashiers are not very friendly..I won’t be back for any service I will seek services elsewhere..
I like the service and customer advice to what really needs or necessary to do and perform to my vehicle. Ronald deserves exemptions merit in performing his job and customer/client like me. I want him to be my service advisor on the next visit.

Steve was friendly and informative. He made my appointment a breeze.
I requested a tire rotation when I made the appointment but I expressed my concern with the tires being bald in the front to Jimmy. With the tires being bald it's not safe to rotate the tires.I took my car down to a tire shop and they said Toyota put me at risk by putting bald tires into the back. I'll be calling to make a formal complaint and talking to the highest person possible because this is ridiculous and I have three kids that you put at risk.
