When I arrived to the service center to pick up my car I found out four items were red in the service report I asked the cashier to print for me. After I review the service report I asked another service representative to review the report with me. If I was informed of the immediate need I would have paid for the extra maintenance required. However, now I need to wait until I have another available day to have this taken care of.

I was not pleased with the service experience with Juan. I spent over 3hrs and the problem l came with was not found. I went home frustrated with my car not fixed .l was charged $150.00 for no benefit for me. I felt like my money was forced out of me for nothing. I expected the dealership to possess the best skills in the business. May be not so.

I don't know nothing about car it's just my trust. Thank God ever since I purchased my car it did not give me major problem. What I mean it did not stall in the middle of the road. Needless to say I had a car that stopped in the traffic.
